    I start this diary with a goal: 100 days of trading without burning the account, without revenge, without over-leveraging. Only risk management, discipline and patience. I am operating EURUSD and GBPUSD on H1 and H4 with price-based inputs and liquidity zones.

    First day: +38 pips Trade 1: Sale in GBPUSD after rejection in resistance H4. SL respected, TP reached in 2h. There were no impulses of greed. I started well.

    Second day: -17 pips Forced entry by boredom. I know. I was not in my plan and I executed it the same. Result: SL achieved. Learned: the best trade sometimes is to do nothing.

    Day 3: +22 pips Small entry in EURUSD after clean rebound in marked area. I used smaller lotage to avoid emotional attachment. Better execution, without anxiety.

    Day 4: -44 pips Here I fucked up ugly. I skipped the plan because "I smelled it." No structure, no confirmation. I deserve the loss. I am here to account, not to brag.

    Day 5: +60 pips Two operations, both with impeccable management. The key was not to look at the chart every 5 minutes. I got alarmed and went for a walk. It worked.

    I don't know who needs to read this, but trading is 90% psychological. I didn't operate today because I didn't feel focused.

    Day 6: +18 pips Conservative entry, short target. I’m starting to understand that it’s not about doing “epic” trades, but consistent.

    Day 7: -35 pips I got overconfidence. Two consecutive entries without confirmation. Right after a positive streak. The ego is not a good companion on this path.
