Black Friday: I broke my rule of a daily ticket. I made three. Two winners, a loser... Results? Zero profit. I lost what I earned just because I didn’t deliver what I promised. It doesn’t matter if the system wins, if you don’t obey, it doesn’t work.
I'm beginning to understand that the diary isn't just to write down figures. It's to meet you. Through these entries I have discovered patterns of behavior that I didn't even know I had. I recommend writing even 5 minutes a day.
After a month with more successes than mistakes, I've decided to increase the risk per operation from 0.5% to 1%. I'm careful, but I think I've already demonstrated emotional consistency to take the step.
I close the month with +5.7%. Nothing spectacular, but completely aligned with my management. Most importantly: zero impulsive operations, zero overtrading. I feel more trader than ever, and not for profitability, but for discipline. We read soon.
