Yes, IC Markets offers it with cTrader. Very good experience for scalping and analysis.

To me cTrader seems a thousand times better than MT4, but hardly anyone uses it.

It's because everyone learned in MT4. It's hard to change, even if it's for the best.

I'm forcing myself to try cTrader for a whole week. So far, very satisfied.

Once you get used to keyboard shortcuts and DOM, there's no turning back.

Is there a broker who uses TradingView as an integrated platform?

Yes, OANDA and FXCM integrate with TradingView. Although the execution is not as good as in MT4.

To analyze, TradingView is excellent. But to run, I still prefer cTrader or MT5.
