Welcome to this diary that is not to impress anyone. I sell no courses, I am not profitable “consisting”, and I do not have a Lambo. I am a common guy trying to survive the market without losing my mind. I will share operations, analysis and above all, sincere reflections. If you are looking for smoke or promises, this is not your place. If you are looking for truth and real stumbles, feel free to stay.

Operation 1: EURUSD sale @1.0842 Stop Loss: 1.0875 Take profit: 1.0780 Reason for entry: rejection of daily key zone + bassist divergence in RSI M15. Result: Stop loss reached. -33 pips. Comment: I skipped my rule of waiting confirmation in H1. Anxiety + FOMO. Noted to improve.

Today I did not operate, and not because there were no opportunities, but because I was not focused. I slept badly, I felt accelerated. A month ago that would not have stopped me. Today yes. That for me is already progress.

Operation 2: GBPJPY buys @184.30 SL: 183.80 TP: 185.60 Reason: false break + bullish surround pattern on H1 Result: +130 pips Comment: Patience paid. This time I followed the plan to the letter. Reminds me that operating well is not always winning, but winning by operating well feels different.

Reflection: There are days when operating is the easiest. And there are others where looking at the chart 5 minutes already drains you. Learning to recognize that is part of the game. Not everything is technical. Body and mind are also trading tools.

Operation 3: AUDUSD sale @0.6520 SL: 0.6545 TP: 0.6470 Result: -25 pips Comment: I operated out of boredom. Classic error. There was no clear signal, I just wanted to “be inside.” obvious result.

I won $12 today, and I felt prouder than the day I won $150, because this time I respected every part of the plan, the bill goes up a little, but my trust goes up a lot, and that does make up.

I have deleted more than 10 operations from history that don’t even deserve to be called “trades.” Impulsive, without analysis, nonsense. Today I promised that I won’t operate anything that doesn’t write down before. If it doesn’t go through the notebook, it doesn’t go to the chart.

Operation 4: USDCAD sale @1.3705 SL: 1.3745 TP: 1.3615 Result: +90 pips Comment: Clean entry with EMA200 confluence + daily resistance. I let it run without touching it. Sometimes the best trade handling is not to put hand.

Today I lost. And I laughed. Because it was a “good” loss: well taken entry, clear management, stop where I should be. I didn’t always laugh like that. Before a loss lay all day long. Now I just write it down... and the following.
