I have it in a VPS with ping below 10 ms. I recommend not running it locally if your connection is not stable.

Tested in three brokers with low spreads and decent execution. Results vary a little, but remain positive.
This week: +4.2%. EA avoided half-impact news well. It is not yet optimized for NFP or large events.
