I am struck by the fact that your approach is 80% management and psychology, and only 20% technical analysis. I do the other way around: I spend the day looking for magic setups that never appear. I should do the same exercise as you.
Day 7: Result: BE Today I didn't operate, I waited all day for an area that was never activated. And I feel good about that. Years ago I would have entered equally "just in case." Now I understand that doing nothing is also operating.
What about the graphics? I find it hard to believe that someone publishes a journal without at least showing a screenshot of the entry. A lot of text and little action, mate. See if in the next post you upload something visual.
Day 8: Result: +17 pips Today I do have screenshots, the attached ones below. Entry after manipulation + broken structure in M5. Little volume, but good technical movement. I am starting to rely more on my analyses and less on what I read out there.
